Justin Kiesz, Certified Residential Appraiser (Oregon & Washington)
Justin founded Kiesz & Associates in 2000 to simplify the appraisal process for his clients. Justin has an extensive marketing and consulting background and consistently integrates technology into corporate structure in order to streamline clients’ appraisal needs.  Justin is also on HUD’s FHA Roster of approved appraisers and is a member of the Appraisal Institute (currently pursuing his SRA designation).  He is our most experienced appraiser who freely shares his expertise with the entire staff.  Justin is a devoted family man and is actively involved in raising his three wonderful children - Ethan, Olivia and Caroline.  That attitude is carried over to his business, making this a wonderful place to work.

Larry Kiesz, State Licensed Appraiser (Oregon)
Larry has appraised residential and 2-4 unit properties for the past five years and prides himself on an extensive knowledge and expertise in all his areas of service.  Larry stays abreast of all changes and improvements in his field of expertise by participating in continuing education classes yearly. He approaches each project with an earnest desire to professional service each of our clients to the fullest extent throughout the appraisal process.  He willingly takes the time to talk with each and every client to answer all questions and concerns in a timely and careful manner. He enjoys good music and laughter and brings a lot to the atmosphere of our office setting.

Brooke Akerley, Certified Residential Appraiser (Washington)
Brooke approaches each appraisal with an organized, thorough process and prides himself on a tenacious ability to research data until all avenues have been exhausted. Brooke came to Kiesz & Associaties in 2005 from the construction industry. He is first and foremost a family man who enjoys camping, fishing, and all the activities involved in raising three beautiful children.
